Implanted according to solar orientation and the view of the Ibiraquera Lagoon in a vast terrain, this house, distributed on 2 levels, has 2 bedrooms with mezzanine, kitchen, living room and toilet.
The living room double height allows wide view to the landscape.
The option was to run it with local and financially more accessible materials, and bringing with these materials, the most welcoming atmosphere of the beach house.

The interior design of this room englobed since furniture design until decoration accessories.
An empty room space was used with a zig-zag horizontal closet.
The headboard was covered with black velvet, with lamps and large purple carpet under the bed.

Designed for a sloping terrain, the program of the house was divided over 3 levels according to local requirements.
The ground floor garage with laundry and high opening to the garden center. 3 suites are located at the intermediate level. At the top level is the social area and the kitchen, separated by the central opening and the garden.
In this way it was possible to distribute the spaces without losing the connection to external areas and balconies, also holding a large existing tree in the upper part of the area.

The renovation of this apartment was designed for a couple and a newborn baby.
Early-stage and engaged in solidarity economy work, the project sought solutions to remind this reference. Handmade burnt cement was used on floors and countertops, faucets with floor starter, handmade lamps of sugarcane bagasse and a large living room wall was coated with natural ink clay.

The interior design of this house for a couple with two children, tried to make the most of the spaces, with a great demand for closets, without stifling the living areas.
Thus, panels were set so as to embed cabinets and doors, also with decorative solutions.

The project started from the duplex area of use of the kitchen, creating a mezzanine office and library for composing, in metal frame and wooden floors.
The rest of the apartment were made every woodworking projects, ending with furniture and decorative items.
